1. Use positive and negative pulses to depolarize and charge the battery, then fully discharge it. Repeat this process three times. If there are signs of capacity recovery, repeat the process several times to achieve better repair results.
2. Add water for repair. Deionized water or purified water must be added to the water, and tap water should not be added as it may cause the battery to self discharge excessively. Add water at a rate of 1g/Ah per unit, and then use a matching charger to fully charge it. Generally, it has a certain effect on capacity repair. You can cycle the charging and discharging two or three more times, which will be more effective. Specific method: Pry open the cover plate above the electric vehicle battery, open the rubber cap, and let out the exhaust hole. Through the exhaust hole, you can see the inside of the battery and see if there is any dryness or water loss inside the small hole. The plates of electric vehicle batteries are wrapped in white fiberglass cotton, which should be moist under normal circumstances. When using a dropper to suck in distilled water and inject it into the battery through the exhaust hole, cover the electric vehicle battery with a breathable cover to prevent dust from falling into the exhaust hole. If it's not enough, you can add more. If it's too much, it will cause a decrease in acid density and the battery capacity will be insufficient.
3. Circuit repair method. Water battery, can drill clear holes and remove short circuited lead powder! Electric vehicle batteries can quickly short-circuit the positive and negative poles, burning out the short circuited area.
4. Sulfation remediation method. Repair the sulfurized battery with a repair device, using the principle of fuzzy digital control. By measuring the battery status, positive and negative variable frequency particle waves are continuously emitted during charging and discharging. Within 10 to 20 hours, remove the hard lead sulfate that has crystallized in the battery.
5. Open circuit repair method. 100A test battery voltage 0V indicates an open circuit. Using a single measurement method, use a multimeter to measure the open circuit and weld it properly.
6. It can be charged with high voltage and repaired with deep discharge (suitable for batteries with reduced travel by half). Charge the 48V battery with a 60V charger for 8 hours; Use a light bulb or electric stove wire to discharge the battery to 0V (without any electricity), and discharge it separately or together.
7. The method of battery re matching (applicable to batteries with reduced travel by more than half or bulging). Select the bulging battery and replace it with the old one. The load voltage of the replaced battery is between 11.4V and 12.7V, and the terminal voltage is around 13.2V. When riding the electric bike to the point where it cannot run, set it up and idle. Use a meter to measure the voltage of each battery separately. Select the battery with the lower voltage and replace it with the old one. The load voltage of the replaced battery is between 11.4V and 12.7V, and the terminal voltage is around 13.2V.
If the battery is not severely vulcanized and the capacity does not decrease significantly, a small current of 0.05A or less can be used to charge the battery for a long time. If the vulcanization of the battery is severe, it can be charged to a higher voltage. The 6V battery can be charged to 7V, and the 12V battery can be charged to 14V. Use a syringe to extract the electrolyte from the battery, and then inject distilled water to dilute the electrolyte. If there is a short circuit fault inside the battery, low voltage and high current can be used to burn the short circuit point.
9. If the active substance falls off and appears as brown substance in the extracted electrolyte, it indicates that the battery life has ended, and such batteries do not need to be repaired. But if only one or two batteries end their lifespan, they can be short circuited, and the remaining batteries can still be used as lower voltage batteries.
